What's Mr Aimee Mann up to these days?

MP4 was top. Free for All was Ace, Resigned was OK, March was mega.

Anyone any ideas?

He was touring with her last I knew. Definitely not as good as The Wife, but fairly decent. That song on the Boogie Nights DVD is fantastic — great vid, too...

eleven months pass...
"March" was the first CD I ever bought (alogn with the CD single of The Cure's "Love Song"!) and I just relistened to it for the first time in, like, 12 years. Most of the wordplay is hermetic-convuluted in that brainy post-Costello way, but "No Myth" and "Invisible" and "This & That" still sound terrific. The keyb sound Jon Brion later perfected for Mrs. Michael Penn's albums gets a trial run here.

I know I have "Free for All" somewhere.
