I remember seeing a Roger Waters review of a Floyd record (think it was "Saucerful of Secrets"). Also, IIRC, one of the members of the United States of America posted one in regard to the reissue of their album.

Do you mean this? (It's the 63rd review or so)

"Our survival wirhout Syd, December 25, 1999
Reviewer: An Amazon.com Customer
This is where we all knew that Syd wouldn't be able to write for the band anymore. It was all up to us, but the result was satisfactory for me."

Myself, I find the notion that Waters posted a review on Christmas Day to be a bit improbable...? On the other hand, there's nothing in the above that necessarily points to Waters, whereas I've heard that Nick Mason has been known to peek in on Pink Floyd-related sites from time to time.

Thom E. Yorke posted a review of a book called "How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found" waaaaaaay before Kid A came out.

The drummer for the Thirteenth Floor Elevators write about the Nuggets box set.

Dorothy Moskowitz from The United States of America ('60s electronic rockers) wrote quite a long thing alongside Amazon's listing for their album. I think she conversed with some of the other reviewers also.
