it's her and la williams, it's actually kind of funny, it slows down LOADS and becomes like silent romantic music and she croons "i'll beeeeeeeeeeeeeat that bitch with a hit" then they both start shouting it again. same line over and over. actually that track does sound kind of cool I guess.

i've had it for a week and have yet to get into anything apart from requiem for a hit and the last track, which is a cover anyway.

i am slowly coming to the conclusion that requienm for a hit is genius, though (it was always obv either genius or rubbish).

No she did it with Chicks On Speed producers Tobi Neumann and Thies Mynther. I like about three tracks from it, which is to say I was disappointed. The single is the rockingest track.

when the dude's going "i'llbeati'llbeati'llbeati'llbeat" there's this sound of his lips/mouth sticking that the mic catches and it sticks out and rubs my ears the wrong way. esp on headphones. but it's kinda slammin' otherwise. i'm kinda digging "dub about me." that's about it after a couple of listens so far.

one year passes...

I just picked this LP up today (yard sale... fifty cents? wtf? is electroclash that over?) and I've only given it one listen but it's a listen I loved. I don't really know much about this genre generally, but the music made me tap my toes, I was singing along with the choruses by the end of the songs, and I really felt spoken-to by a lot of it. And seriously, how much ass does "Meet Sue Bee She" kick, seriously?

Miss Kittin & The Hacker's Two just showed up from nowhere on the onlines. Weird, not altogther good, cover of "Suspicious Minds." Other than that, it's pretty solid on a cursory listen.

Any more views on Two?

I had a listen to the first coupla tracks in a shop in Paris the other week and it sounded pretty good to me. Way above my expectations. Only the woeful £/€ exchange rate stopped me buying it.

Not sure when it's officially out in UK. Nothing on Amazon UK. Boomkat says can ship in 11 days...
