I got a ride home from college one holiday with a friend who had to make a stop at some sort of selling/motivational/inspirational BS program he had been suckered into. I remember little but two hours of shiny sparkly horseshit coming from the lead speaker's mouth that could be summed up as "Do your best," which strikes me as fairly straightforward.
