get some down south mixtapes from slsk like DJ SMALLZ SOUTHERN SMOKE (the most recent is VOL 7 i think hosted by PAUL WALL [just type SOUTHERN SMOKE and take ur pick]) series, the most recent SWISHAHOUSE mixtape COLOR CHANGING CLICK - AFTER THE SUPERBOWL XXXVIII (slowed by OG RON C). All these will have crunk songs on them, but crunk as a genre isn't really as clear cut as critics like make out

that lil jon one is pretty "professional" toby...no dj chat overtop no "KA-BOOM" sound fx...so, while nice, yr missing some of the general rap mixtape experience. matos got it when he was in nyc. i dunno where he picked it up.

revive!

been listening to a couple of mixtapes: 'get well soon' and (I think that's what its called) 'public enemy no1' (beanie siegel).

not crunk but...any more recommendations?
