This is one of my favorite albums of all time, and it includes my favorite song "Train". It seems like no one else ever mentions this song...is it anyone else's favorite?

Also, I've been listening to the album all these years, and I've never found lyrics to it. Does anyone know where I can find lyrics to this one?

They don't have them on their website?

Personal fave on the album is "Dead Pool."

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Thursday, 6 May 2004 01:22 (twenty-one years ago)

I like "Trem Two," "Learn How," "Mica," and "....Certain Fate"

I don't remember what "Dead Pool" sounds like.

It's really slow and dreamy. "where do things go wroooooong..." is repeated a lot. I didn't care much for it when I first got the album, but it's really grown on me.

(how are you liking onOffon, aja?)

I like it. I really like Peter's songs. My mom of course like's Clint's the most. She just bought Clint a Deefhoof single for his birthday. And I got Killing Joke and Seachange singles. But, the stereo isn't hooked up to the record player right now so I can't listen to them. :(

I've been looking for lyrics everywhere, and I never thought to check their webpage. Thanks. (Although I do find it interesting the official site has so many unknown lyrics for the songs.)

'Secrets' is one of my favourite openers. Really though, the album is great, so are the bonuses. And 'Einstein's Day'

I listened to Trem Two this morning. The song, not the login.

Getting Vs on vinyl for £1 when I was 16 was one of my better bargain hunts, I must say

When Dump (James McNew from YLT) played in Boston (for the first time?) (opening for the Clientele) (back in ought-two?), he reprazented w/ a great solo version of "Einstein's Day". Didn't someone else (Tommy Keene?) cover "Einstein's Day" on record?

Aaargh! At roughly the same age I got that Rykodisc comp with Vs, the Academy Fight Song ep and a couple of live tracks for £2.
Now it is gone. Sniff.
