Question: I CAN HEAR THE HEART BEATING AS ONE (Deluxe Edition)

Dear ILXors:

Some fucker I had for friend disappeared and took with him my copy of YLT's "I can hear the heart...". I never bought it back, because I always had hope that it would eventually be returned (and because I never could find it cheap enough).
Meanwhile, I took notice that Matador included this title on their budget series, and as I was shopping around for it, I discovered that there is a 2CD "Deluxe Edition" of ICHTHBAO. Well, looking at the tracklist, it seems like the regular album, paired with the Little Honda EP, but the first track on the second CD is listed as "Little Honda (reprise)". Is this different from the regular EP? Is it worth $24 (more than the budget price for the album + the regular EP together)? Please help.

the version on the second cd is the same as the EP. maybe the title difference on the 2cd version is to prevent confusion between the album and EP versions?

Curiously, your experience noted in your first sentence is identical to mine. Perhaps you're my evil twin or something. As for the deluxe ed, sounds like a collector scum scam to me

lol... It's even more funny as I know another person who was deprived from her copy of ICHTHBAO by the same way! Maybe we should create an organization for protection of Yo La Tengo album owners...
