Anybody fans of this lot?, I remember being in a club in England and hearing "Merched" being played, a week later I went to see them in Betwy Y Coed - beers flowed, and I spent many a year travelling around the UK (and Europe on a couple of occasions) seeing them. I was still in contact with John Lawrence a couple of years ago who had a "proper" job by then, but still recorded under Infinity Chimps.
They were a great band (still going but not really into their new stuff), but hold the worst possible record of amount of songs in the Top 50 (or 100 I forget) that never made it into the Top 40 in England. I remember being with them when it was announced that Patio Song was at number 41. Gutting I bet.
