SAMANTHA 7

ok, so I kind of inadvertantly killed the Poison thread by breaking up all the in-fighting with my enthusiasm for C.C. DeVille's short-lived pop-punk-ish side project Samantha 7, whose one album was given to me out of a stack of promos so long ago, and which I maintain an odd fascination with.

"Framed"

No, I see you walking away
Don't go, I didn't mean it now its too late
I know I said I'd never do it again
I didn't know she was on of your friends
I told her no - she didn't listen
She forced herself down on me

 (Chorus)
I was famed
But she don't believe me
I was framed
She don't believe me

She had a comb
But she said it was a knife

I was alone
And I was too scared to put up a fight
I now I said I'd never do it again
I didn't know she was one of your friends
I told her no - she didn't listen
She forced herself down on me

(chorus)

Her father don't believe me
Her mother don't believe me
Her friends don't believe me
I'm a victim

 (chorus)

"Bonnie Bradley"

Bonnie Bradley lives across the street
She has a dog named Ray
I went down to the pound
And got a dog so we could meet
And I named my new dog Fay
Now Fay and Ray they play all day
But Bonnie doesn't know my name

 (Chorus)
Bonnie Bradley
Don't you know I love you
And I'll always love you madly
Bonnie Bradley
Give me a clue

Bonnie Bradley works at the bookstore
I like to watch TV
But if I was going to see Bonnie more
I'd have to learn to like to read
Now she knows Harold Robbins
and Jackie Collins
But Bonnie still doesn't know my name

(chorus)

Now she knows Harold Robbins
and Jackie Collins
But Bonnie still doesn't know my name

(chorus)

Al I must say this album does seem totally obsession-worthy. May I recommend Ratt's 1997 opus, Steel River, and the website that accompanied it, which not even the Internet Wayback Machine seems able to recall in its gorgeous totality
