Any album recommendations? I liked his track on Rune Grammofon's Money Will Ruin Everthing, but that's as far as I've gone.

His artwork for Rune Grammofon is wonderful. I haven't heard much of his music other then the stray compilation track.

his design stuff is as great as his music. i would just say hop in anywhere you can but i can't recommend 'live shet' and 'hopeness' enough. 'melke' is also good but a little less instant.

Completely agree. I spent a fortune on his albums after hearing My Last Day. I love his stuff.

I've got three songs from Hopeness on my hard drive. "Mandarinerna" is one of my favorite songs of the past decade.

just got this press release: "Drivan is a new band by Kim Hiorthøy, Lisa Östberg and Louise Peterhoff of Sweden, and Kristiina Viiala of Finland, which formed in Stockholm in the midst of working together on a multi-faceted dance piece. This moving, yet humorous piece, entitled The Potato Country, by choreographer and performance artist Gunilla Heiborn, featured music written by Hiorthøy, and incorporated dance, spoken word and songs."

More familiar with his artwork, which is usually brilliant.
