Has anyone used both Audioscrobbler Audioscrobbler and Musicmobs and can tell me which is best? I have no idea what Musicmobs is like, but Audioscrobbler seems real easy to use. Is there much difference between the two?

I heard about it and signed up because of this blog-post I recently read: Socialising mp3-based music listening

Note: That Gin Blossoms/Toad TS was sparked by my alarm at seeing how high a couple of Gin Blossoms tracks seem to be charting. Teh shame!
That said, I ::heart:: audioscrobbler. Plus for us mac-types it plays nice with ipod.

If you're using the iTunes/OSX plugin, it's as simple as clicking the "Enable iPod Update" box in your preferences window. (Just below your username and password). And it makes Audioscrobbler dreamy.
(NB - You do have to keep up with your synchs though. Playing tracks in iTunes before reconnecting your 'pod can trigger "spam protection" and dump your ipod submissions.)
