Well, the meetup didn't happen after all. But I met Ned and Ned met me on a rainy night in Westwood and it was very, very beautiful. And apparently Chaki was lurking somewhere in the background admiring Momus' pants. I think Ned went out with Nick after the show, he's probably got all the juicy stories. I had to get up early in the morning for some bullshit substitute teaching thing that never happened, yawn.

Nude = mean. What Arthur said, and then four of us -- me, Momus, friend Ben and Melinda who was another random fan who seemed cool (and was) so we invited her along -- just walked down a block to Noodle Planet and had a late dinner and talked a lot. Good fun!
