Not to shift the course here, but can Mr. Allen please back up the above reference to Bush being anti-semetic, because I've only ever read/heard reports to the contrary. I think Bush is horrible, and I'd love to pin all possible racist offenses on him, but with the very pro "bulldoze away, Israel" stance in the White House, I'd like to know where this is all coming from, because the only "anti" I see with Bush is "-Arab"....well, and -gay and -choice and on and on....

The known report of the Bush family's anti-semitism is that "W" himself fell in love with a Jewish woman and was set to marry her, and his family essentially let it be known that they would not approve. It would be bad for his political career (a sad fact), and so he acquiesced. Everyone loves Laura Bush, though, so it all works out in the end!

FWIW, GWB's grandfather Prescott Bush did extensive business with Nazi Germany up through November 1942.

"Also, isn't it "Semitic"?"
Actually I think it's probably semantic, since Mr. Bush has repeatedly demonstrated his opposition to linguistics, grammar and the possibility of there being any actual meaning to any of the words he uses.

Thats one of the things to be included in nu-allmusic. The searching is upoosed to be improved. There will also be more commentary from writers:
THE AMG VIEW. One thing you’ll notice on the new allmusic is a much more front and center position for the views of the AMG editors. One thing we’ve heard loud and clear from our users is that they want to hear what the AMG editors’ opinions are, what they’re listening to, what they recommend, etc. So, we’ll be bringing you regular features that will give you the AMG take on the world of music. Wonder what albums AMG Editor Stephen Thomas Erlewine would take to a desert island? Interested in hearing what the AMG editors think are the best releases from the last three months? Want to know what’s in AMG Contributor Richie Unterberger’s player? Tune in and get the AMG view.
No mention of Ned! Burn!

anyone on the inside knows whether an iphone app is in the works? I use AMG pretty often when record shopping but all the flash stuff and frames make it incredibly slow to load.
