Andre Ethier (Deadly Snakes) solo album: opinions?

I've read nothing except that Pitchfork review, which was very positive. I'm a big fan of the Deadly Snakes, so what's the lowdown on this album?

Awesome album. Very simple and easygoing, lots of acoustic guitar, ukulele, and barroom piano. Very Dylan-circa-Basement Tapes...it's lots of fun to listen to, one of my favourites this year so far, a very pleasant surprise. If you like the Snakes' "Oh My Bride", you'll like this album.
