New Home Video album "The Automatic Process" came out last week. It's really damn good. Much in a similar vein to their debut, really, but this isn't a bad thing. "Business Transaction" sounds alarmingly too Radiohead, but its a lovely melancholy jam nonetheless. "The Smoke" and "I Can Make you Feel It" are kickass electro-glooms. This shit'd go down well in a retro gothy club, if only anyone knew who they are at all!

"I Can Make You Feel It" has been kicking around since 2008, and I love it, so I'm kind of looking forward to hearing this.

Yeah they put most of that ep on the new album (always a little disppointing when that happens, but eh).

Still completely addicted to this album, this band have become one of my all time favourites. Bit obsessively so, tbh.

Stumbled across this by chance when googling something about this band yesterday: Home Video singer Collin Ruffino's doing a side project thats quite political, a concept album inspired by the Wikileaks/Assange fallout. Based on the track on this site I'm really quite excited to hear this, it's a lot moodier and more soundtracky than the HV stuff.
