Nice one!

Brett from Offshore will love it.Have you heard any of the new Fanu and Paradox?

gaetano, Sunday, 6 June 2004 16:55 (twenty-one years ago)

yup, heard lots of nice things from them. i'm really amped for the stuff lined up on Offshore!

Great stuff! I love dnb mixes :)

If you want more stuff like this, check out the forums over at Covert Operations. They keep abreast with most interesting new developments in the (less commercial) dnb scene.

right. so!

some nice spots and surprises on it. really liked hearing 'far out' again, its been ages. and paradox tunes continues to rate in my book.

technically you need to improve your mixing, which you admit. so do it! and in a bedroom mix expectations are higher than a club nite. no matter how good your tracks you gotta mix them well, that's what we're listening for!

i don't mean to be discouraging, far from it, i liked the mix. i'd rather hear fresh tunes with underplayed classics mixed dodgey than some head duplicating andy c's set from seven months ago.

also: 192kbps mp3 or VBR or OGG. slightly larger but vastly more listenable.

feel free to tell me to piss-off

well, it sort of is, actually.

dont forget Jon B 'Up All night' Marcus Intalex remix. I find the lack of Bad Company tunes a little disturbing

lukey (Lukey G), Monday, 7 June 2004 07:47 (twenty-one years ago)

thx for the tips up there, especially on format. when you say the mixing needs improved, do you mean near the end or from the start? hmm honestly, i'm pretty okay with it until the last 15 minutes or so.

had to put up a smaller version for space issues: here

the last 4 tracks are gone now.

if more mixes sounded like this i might not hate nu-dnb so much
