Catholic Discipline - Underground Babylon CD

So this band was awesome, as evidenced by the Decline Of Western Civilization footage. And the material on this new comp CD sounds really good, but it has absolutely horrible sound quality (these are all live recordings) which makes it sort of unlikely that I'll listen to it again. My question is this: there are recordings on slsk/etc. of the two performances from Decline... that have fine sound quality, and the sq is fine in the movie as well. So, as like 6 or so songs on this CD are apparently taken from the same performance, including far lower-fidelity versions of, I assume, the same performances of the two songs (Underground Babylon and Barbie Doll Lust) that were in the movie, why didn't they just use the recordings from the movie to make the CD, as opposed to whatever far inferior cassette recording of the same show they seemed to have used?

i'd pay big money for a copy of "barbee doll lust" without kickboy talking over half of it.

seven months pass...
Mark Vallen has put up some Slash magazine covers with Claude Bessy's editorials, if anyone's interested.

i loved their performances in decline but the anthology gets boring very quickly.

ten years pass...

Claude Bessy very much irritates me in Decline -- he has the biggest ego and the smallest band of anyone in the film.
