I'm not sure if I like it yet... so used to the old format.

apart from the getting used to the new format, and i guess it may just be teething probs but every page seems to take forever to load for me now, which is pretty frustrating. i quite like the editor's choice page.

The New Allmusic: D/D?

o. nate (onate), Sunday, 18 July 2004 03:45 (twenty-one years ago)

I kind of like being able to search by star-rating, but it's still glitchy and not as accessible as the classic interface

jeremiah pinecone, Sunday, 18 July 2004 05:10 (twenty-one years ago)

the loading time works fine for me now actually, they are doing a quick job to work out the bugs.

Now, they should just get rid of that god awful flash top thing that no one uses, but the banner ad there or something! my god...

Alex in NYC (vassifer), Sunday, 18 July 2004 13:38 (twenty-one years ago)

oooh, i;m not sure. i'd have a made it a bit more stripped down. the old one wasn't so hot either...

Robbie Lumsden (Wallace Stevens HQ), Sunday, 18 July 2004 13:43 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm not saying the old version was perfect, but this new one sucks a big bag of greasy dicks.

Alex in NYC (vassifer), Sunday, 18 July 2004 13:48 (twenty-one years ago)

Completely unnecessary obtuseness. Dud.

Still luv it tho.

"Dud, Dud, Fucking Dud.
-- Alex in NYC (vassife...), July 18th, 2004."

Agreed.

Neither the fucking search function, nor the links, work on the PC I used. When I used a different PC, what the fuck is with the tabs? The flash thingy at the top is cute but useless.

CHANGE IT BACK, PLEASE!!!

Sasha (sgh), Sunday, 18 July 2004 23:17 (twenty-one years ago)

give it a month and everyone will be used to it without complaints

matthew james (matthew james), Sunday, 18 July 2004 23:21 (twenty-one years ago)

"give it a month and everyone will be used to it without complaints
-- matthew james (action_Respok...), July 19th, 2004."

Of course. Once you realise that there's absolutely NO WAY to have an influence, you kinda give up.

Its still easy to navigate. For what I use it for it does the job nicely. The features that set it apart from the rest of the pack are still easy to find and use.

Ah, you must use it to piss yourself off.
