'Standing in the Dark' vs 'Alien Shores'

I declare this thread to be totally lacking in proper nouns.

'Standing in the Dark' vs 'Alien Shores': Those are the first (only?) LPs by Platinum Blonde, shameless Police-worshippers (even dyed their hair - just guess what colour) and one of the crappiest Canadian bands from an era (early-mid 80s) which produced a lot of 'em. And unlike the Payola$/Honeymoon Suite/Bryan Adams/Luba etc., they never managed to record even a single tune that I liked. My sister owned those LPs and played 'em way too often.

...but what's the deal with "U Can't B 2 Strong"? What the hell is that?
