Talking Heads/ Ramones tour 77?

What happened? Didnt they feud? Were they in Europe or US? Am I misremembering from "This Must Be The Place" something about Heads craving museums and Mones craving cheeseburgers?

Talking Heads first gig was supporting Ramones at CBGB's IIRC. They certainly toured Europe together during the summer of '77 and apparently did the US too. I seem to recall that some sort of feud did develop between the two bands; something to do with something unpleasant that one or more of the Ramones may or may not have said about one or more of The Heads.... not sure if it was during that tour or later.... sorry I can't be more specific - it's a long time ago now!
