but dom otm, dmx is on another plain of excellence! "and then there was x..." one of the greatest albums of all time, no question. a real tour de force - the troubled melancholy, the guilt, the violence - some great productions, too. "one more road to cross" the greatest swizz beats track. the contradictions between dmx's spiritual/religious side and his violence are not just *present* on the record they are *addressed* and quite thouroughly too(see "The professional"). and "what's my name?" - wow! i have "flesh of my flesh..." as well and it's good, but not quite as mind-blowing.
50's good, but this is not a difficult choice.
