"hoax" as in "humans made these noises"? probably not. i'm sure they did, however, move the "vocal" tracks around a lot to get at least some semblance of rhythm in there.

Caninus ARE doing a split with Hatebeak.

I actually was in contact with the Hatebeak guys to see if they were gonna come up to NY but they said Waldo the bird gets freaked out by all the loud racket; they DO overdub him they admitted.
