NY ILXers: Show/Club Recommendations

My friend and I are visiting NYC from August 6th through the 16th. We've already lined up some show plans (various Tonic shows, Animal Collective/Black Dice), but I'm wondering if the New York massive would be so kind as to recommend me some shows/parties/club nights/etc. Our tastes are pretty eclectic, running the gamut from Italian disco to noise to free jazz to African music to rock to whatever.

I have Todd P's site bookmarked, I've looked for shows at Summerstage and in Prospect Park, and checked out various venue websites. Go ahead and recommend me something you think is worth my while. Please ; )

Definitely go to Francois K's Deep Space on Monday nights. I went when I was over in december and it was incredible. If anyone runs the gamut of musical styles FK does. Really nice small venue with just the best music.
