Last year one of my friends showed us this video she had found at a thrift shop and I've been looking everywhere for it. It's an aerobics video with a generic name like "Aerobicize" or "Jazzercize" or something like that, but the video is all built around psychedelic mid-70's video effects and the soundtrack....damn, i forgot what it was exactly...but it was amazing..

Has anyone else seen this? No idea who made it or who was in it (Jane Fonda?)...

haven't seen or heard of it, but i have a record at home called Believercise that's just god-damn amazing. it's all contemporary christian songs (mid 80s contemporary) with a girl telling you to push out your pelvis, up, down, in, out. it's all so religious and sexy at the same time. and it came with a wall poster of exercises to perform.

Jazzercise was a really popular thing in the '80s (at least here in CA). It's entirely likely that they made some videos in the late '70s with cheap video effects.
