Atom Heart is an all things considered a top-notch record store. After that I usually go down the street to Beatnicks and Primitive records down the street for good used vinyl and CD's.

I've only been to MTL once but I liked Primitive

if you like electronic music and DJs: Dizzyphunk and I think it's called Fricotti are good bets, especially the former. Or wait 'till may and go to Piknic!
