...who I just saw on MTV. But I think ILX accidentally ate it.

anyhow 1) what do you all think of the WORST (yeah, ME saying worst) pop-punk and rap-metal being put together with an ANIMATED VIDEO ABOUT THE WAR IN IRAQ? and 2) how sad is it that I, who only get to see MTV when I'm stoned and runk, brought this up before you all? I mean, shit, stop playing "hey when is that new album by the band and/or label that I already like coming out?" and pay attention the mainstream. THEY ARE FUCKING SHIT UP, BIG TIME.

This video not only had an extended War In Middle East sequence it ALSO featured Cute Indie Emo Girl Watching Band. wtf?

(btw, I love how the video for "Slow Motion" doesn't acknowledge that the song was clearly written/recorded mid-coitus. I'd be watching MTV at least once a week if I had it, what's UP with y'all?)

anthony you know how like when you're in a long term relationship you can start to get blase about it and forget to devote the time to it that you used to?...yeah

consider this a reminder to buy her flowers then.

(speaking of which I think I declared my devotion to both Ashlee "nice schnauz" Simpson and Amy "you can do better than nu-Edwin McCain, girl" Lee last night so maybe I'm just feeling chivalrous and/or horny)

oh and this wasn't classy animation either. It was some South Park-style cardboard paper shit.

I have seen this video very late at night. I was perplexed, yet intrigued, yet disgusted. Watching MTV and VH1 at 4 in the morning is classic though (if only I had BET...). Also I wrote something about how Ashlee Simpson was great like a week and a half ago so maybe you aren't alone there.

actually, I have no idea if Ashlee Simpson is great. The song didn't really stick with me (I was mid-bake) but I was impressed by her tenacity and giant schnauze.

and that is where the greatness lies, in her nose. and also in this article: http://www.vh1.com/artists/news/1479980/10272003/id_1241636.jhtml

the drummer of Sugar Ray produced her album! and she went to Green Day shows when she was 5!

Stan "the Man" Frazier! OK, now I'm curious.
