What's your opinion of Hanoi Rocks? Classic or Dud? THey held the door open for 80's glam and watched as everyone else walked in.

Definitely classic in my opinion. A talented group of blokes. Mike Monroe, a truly underrated frontman. Vocals, sax, harmonica, piano. Andy McCoy was an awesoome guitar player. They redefined glam for the generation that followed, but never got their due.

And they were more versatile than anyone else in the genre. Straight rock punk, to groovy blues, to glossy syth pop, to soulful ballads all on the same record.
