For a while there, I was able to buy this up at Chicago record stores and sell 'em on ebay. Did it like 3 or 4 times. Also did that twice with Veruca Salt's Blow it Out Your Ass cd. Third time failed.

You could just buy it on CD from www.twintone.com. No cover art, more expensive than $5-$10, but it is a new transfer and avoids the occasional hassles of eBay. No, I don't work for Twin/Tone.
