Maybe, but the early signs aren't promising. As far as I can make out, this guy had shown no interest whatsoever in Smith before his death, and none of his friends and family are going to cooperate with him. It looks very much like it's going to be one of those hideous messes of conspiracy theories and conjecture, but hey, he can prove me wrong.
