Has anyone ever sent one in...ever?

Do you throw them out immediately or keep them in the case so they annoy you every time you open it?

Why do they keep torturing us with them?

"you guys are assholes and air sucks"

Funny!

Actually, though, I have a soft spot for Astralwerks. Somehow I got on their promo mailout list a few years ago when I was writing half-assed reviews for a site which no longer exists. I had a brief attack of ethics and wrote in telling them to take me off their list. Instead, they started sending multiple copies of everything (the duplicates of which I hauled right down to the shop for trade-ins).

(Oh, I don't think the guy who wrote that postcard necessarally has a problem with Air or Astralwerks)

When I was 16 I sent off every one I came across (except those that required a stamp, obviously.) Usually you'd just get a steady stream of postcards in return which I used to decorate my bedroom. Occasionally you'd even get something worthwhile like a free 7" (Drugstore and ahem, Heavy Stereo are two that spring to mind.)

I should explain the name that I put on the card. "Alan Pyorze" is an extended version of "A. Pyorze". However, instead of pronouncing the first initial as "eh", it should be pronounced as "uh", thus we have "uhpyorze" or "up yours".
