Insanely obscuro hip hop song ID

I like to think I can identify almost any hip hop song from 90-95 (i've been tested), but there is one song I have never been able to find. My eternal respect for anyone who knows this. Nothing turned up on Google (a bad sign). Red Alert played it ONCE in, like, 1993.

The lyrics to the chorus are

Frankly, I'll be shocked if anyone else has ever even heard this. Just thought I'd try...
