Picked this up this morning - really impressed actually. Writing that's good but not too forceful (i.e. not coming over as too enthusiastic about a band so that you end up not wanting to check them out) and a nice line in not talking about just the music in the interviews, which is somethign I always find refreshing.

Not sure about the horse on the cover thuogh...

We've already got a thread for this, but I may as well use this one.

I like it. It reads, and looks, very American, all of those one page articles with the picture at the top. Regina Spektor, whose music I have never heard, looks very tappable. Tjinder Singh comes across as a complete twat in his interview, as usual. I like the history of the word "bitch".

with all the bad vibes towards the NME over on that other thread

is Kings still going .. not seen any mention of it in recent Hip Hop Connection which is still my fave

although CLASH is coming on strong recently ..

so Kings ? has this been dropped or can we expect it to hit the shelves with issue 3 soon ?

Yeah, the lack of any mention of it in the past two HHCs, plus this: http://www.oldboyentertainment.com , lead me to believe that maybe its time is over.
