I had the syndicated Russ Parr morning show on this morning(on WKYS, a Washington D.C. rap/r'n'b station, the show is on elsewhere in the US as well) and on Friday mornings at 8 a.m. he has D.J. Sixth Sense mix records for one-half hour. They call this segment "The Wrong Song" as he plays an assortment of old rap, r'n'b, 80s pop, novelty songs, whatever rather than the current hits...So He played a portion of a song called I think "99 Foul Shots But you Can't Hit One," using the Jay Z. "99 Problems" music for a song about Shaq. So who is this?
