Yes, the time has come to revive FT's "beloved" AICON column. In order to do that, I need your pictures. Lots and lots of pictures. Pictures of you all, that is. Pictures of dandelions and chickenbears are not particularly helpful in this instance. The stranger the better, but nothing too Kondashi-esque or else the nervous stomach of the AICON editor might be irrevocably harmed.

I think in order to be 'non-hierarchical' you should explain what am i cool or not is for the benefit of newcomers.

uncool=suggests that part of b&s appeal is derived from a pretence that the 'now' isn't happening, and creating a club around black&white early 60s britflicks and smiths iconography is a comforting way of shutting the present reality away.
