Classical Music -Country Versions

I need to find any and all classical music pieces performed with country-western instrumentation for a documentary I'm editing. If anyone can think of any examples or knows of where I should look, I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

I'm pretty sure there are a few bluegrass banjo bach cds out there. But hey, I'm not gonna do your research for you!

Sandy Bull's Carmina Burana Fantasy is the business. I'll put it up on soulseek if you like. My username is Stew Power.

There's that Pete Seeger Beethoven-on-banjos bit that came out on Folkways decades ago, but the Coens already used that for Raising Arizona.

Homer and Jethro teamed up with Spike Jones for an opera spoof called "Pal-Yat-Chee" that's as funny as anything called a "spoof" could ever be, but it's got words and stuff.

What about all those string-band/classical crossover guys, like Edgar Meyer? Don't know much about their music, but maybe there's something useful therein.

He played his banjo with a balloon and did a Coltrane medley!
