It's hard to describe but in the chorus there's a rather high pitched voice singing "Ex, Ex ... Eeeeeex" and the music is this very eerie, ominous, repetitive guitar part with very little drums, and it seems to be in 3/4 or 6/8.

I heard this song in Target last night that was so bad I had to hide out in the candy aisle until it was over. The lyric hook was something like “I’m looking so fine, I look so fine today”, musical backing was like smash mouth meets Portugal the Man meets Steve Winwood’s “roll with it” or something.
