Symone is clearly a sub-contient name, and Jay-Z wants to know if his woman is 'red dot or feather'. Is there a problem with understanding the difference between Native Americans and Indians from India in Hip Hop? If so, how can we get the word out to correct this problem?

Symone doesn't sound like a subcontinent name to me (i was born and know peeps from there)- sounds more like a variation of Simone. So that lets Biggie off. As for Jigga - he's just plain ignant, unless Native Americans also have a bhindi tradition...

I actually reckon it's an intentional (if silly) joke on Jay-Z's part - he's got so many girls across the globe that he can't possibly keep up with all their local customs. I can't help but find her response ("All you need to know is that I'm not a ho") pretty funny too.
