spap oop (ernestp), Wednesday, 13 October 2004 01:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Ah yes, here we go:
P is a supergroup headed by actor Johnny Depp and Butthole Surfer Gibby Haynes. The group plays a surprisingly diverse array of alternative rock, touching on funk-metal, R.E.M.-style folk-rock, and grunge. While they are musically proficient, some of their songs aren't quite up to par. Nevertheless, their debut album is a surprisingly enjoyable effort.

AaronHz (AaronHz), Wednesday, 13 October 2004 01:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Q and not U, because, see, they mention U also, but only to emphasize that it is _not_ U, but only Q, therefore just one letter, OK, I am going to sleep now.

Flea and Steve Jones played on the P album and made guest appearances at live shows, but weren't proper members of P.
