the name ? well , not much different from sam&dave ? mcalmont&butler ? i love the soulful falsettos (charles or eddy ??).
they've done nothing after that one hit wonder, have they ?

One of them died a couple years after "Would I Lie to You?" became a hit. Nothing else special off that album (I found it at a Goodwill for a dollar a couple years ago). Still love those "hooo!"s that lead into each chorus.
