"Interference '96" is the stone cold classic of the bunch, and many people would be satisfied just owning that. After that, I'd suggest getting the remix album (worth it for the mind-blowing Unit Moebius remixes alone), or the Minion (= SP + UM) album. Both are extremely stripped down and minimal, so they may not be for everyone.
"Dante's Carnival" is the only album of his that I didn't like, although it's been years since I've heard it and it's probably due for a reappraisal.

You are so OTM, MIR.
So I guess we're the only people on ILM who give a damn about Starfish Pool. It's a bit sad.

...so i'll just say Starfish Pool = giga-Classic and post the link to this excellent interview.
finally found a copy of Chill Out 'n Confused. very different; go-nowhere (but pleasantly so) ambient noodling with bells, field recordings, and guitars. no "Offday" here, nosir. ergo, interesting but unessential. soak up Interference '96, Rituals for the Dying, Sweetwater, Lowground (Lybaert & Mark Broom), and those devastating RA-X and Unit Moebius remixes, and you'll have heard Lybaert at the peak of his colossal powers.
