Classical music clip (video or film) contains:
1) lip-sync
2) drama
3) absurd
4) strange edit

and is not made by a TV-station.

The Who "Jappy Jack" and Beatles "Strawberry Fields" had drama but not lip-sync. Like Doors "Unknown Soldier" and all the late 60`s music clips. In early 70s was usual music clip just filmed band perfomance. Bowie "Space Oddity" had lip-sync and strange edit but no drama. Just like "First music video" "Bohemian Rhapsody" was just a footage of fake band perfomance without drama and absurd but with strange edit.
Who made first classical music video?

the earliest one that sticks in my brain is rod stewart's "hot legs" -- though there must've been earlier ones just like it.

or, um, what about the monkees?
