The Toynbees: Classic or dud?

I think these Oxford lads were like Incredible String Band meets XTC. Truly masters of dissonant symphonic power pop. I love their songs, "Hothouses of Lethe" and "The Lothario." I feel like their album, Tis' Pity She's a Bore is a lost classic. Julian Cope sang their praises, but the public never rightly caught on.

What do you think?

"Corpuscle's Law" was great too.
