Just reacquainted myself with a song someone put on a mixtape for me a few years ago ("Two People Blue"). Not much different from what he'd later do on the first couple of albums with Ida. What was the rest of the stuff like? And did Troubleman ever release the compilation they were talking about?

Yes I do. Most of the Hated stuff was very different from Ida; we were a punk band. Go download some stuff somewhere -- most of the MP3s I've found on the web are really poor quality, but you'll get the idea. The Troubleman comp has been held up by our lollygagging, not by Troubleman, and it'll be out there one day.

eight years pass...

My dog was refusing to eat tonight and this somehow summoned up "Don't Eat The Food." It has probably been 15 years since I have heard or thought about "Don't Eat The Food."
