That's a great interview. I always wondered about the history behind Revolver's early personality crisis. Too bad they don't pay a buck a word for Darkthrone interviews.

I don't think I've ever bought a copy. It always looked horrible to me. Or maybe I just don't give a shit about nu-metal. but even before it was nu-metal it looked horrible to me.

I've enjoyed it alright....not interested in most of the band, but it's fairly well written. i have no standards. it's no Anvil.

there are 15 other metal mags that i would buy before i bought revolver, which i guess is why i never buy it. there are christian metal mags i would buy before i would buy Revolver. at least the supermarket hard rock mags have cool posters. i'm just speaking as a consumer. i don't have a beef with the revolver people or anything.i don't know who they are. i buy a lot of magazines.

I write for Revolver (as mentioned in the interview), but I'd probably buy it even if I didn't. It's miles better than the combination of sloppy blowjob interviews and hand-me-my-thesaurus incoherence that is Metal Maniacs.
