The Hot 100 measures both sales AND airplay, though. And the only stations playing Bright Eyes right now are reporting to CMJ, not Billboard.

"Hot 100" and "Hot 100 Singles Sales" are seperate charts, and the latter is only for 'premium' users on Billboard.com and not available to the public.
