My friend and I are trying to decipher lyrics to their last single, Kill the music ... are the band singing

I'm looking for some help here - on Xfm they play an advert for one of their shows where they mention Cooper Temple Clause and play a clip from what is presumably one of their songs. It goes something along the lines of "Just because you can't see me doesn't mean I'm not watching you..."

I'd be really grateful if anyone could point out to me what that song

Answer to.... 'don't think coz you can't see that I'm not watching'..... that would be the fantastic 'Film-Maker'!!! Such a good song, and cool video.... I like it a the end of Training Dogs where all the people start climbing over the cage!!! I like the fact that they've kept the 'family' in the vids aswell!!! can't wait to see what they do when they release their next single!! Supposed to be 'Who Needs Enemies'!!
