Preferably in the title and preferably the full name, but obviously number one breaks the first rule, and number two the second.

You could do the name 'Dan' more conventionally with

Rocky Racoon - Beatles
Rock and Roll Fantasy - Kinks

Amplifier - dBs
(here it's "Danny")

but you got it in the title, so I guess that's OK.

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Sunday, 21 November 2004 15:05 (twenty-one years ago)

Damn! I think I used to know that too. I made the mistake of googling for my mistaken answer and of course got several hits on other fools who made the same mistake.

oh dear, the headless chickens female singer's song about an abusive/ obsessive/ non-molestation order type, essentially a one-sided rant about her ex with ambiguities instead of the detailed what was so bad about this guy anyway, and she called it "george"
good one fiona, who's now, thanks to her new judging role in new zealand idol (cue that "spooky" semi-audible bass crowd confusing noise/ funky new drum roll replacement) herself been re-dubbed the almost presidential "first lady of New Zealand rock". Well she's not as bad as the "prince of pop", but why "george"? (she's not as bad as Mrs George Bush either, to be fair)

why is there a radio station called "george" ?
Dear Mr. Dead JF Kennedy Jr, what's "george" got to do with political comment ? i can make my own comments and don't want other outfits monopolising my name or putting a twist on it ?
"hey there, georgie girl.." (this song effects me, invoking the sinister "another georgie deep inside")
why georg(i)e ?

georgie porgie,.. out to play
...
kissed the boys, said "i'm funny that way"

the local 'varsity gig club, known as "the Curious George Club", curious little monkey,.. good times, good gigs, but it made me feel different, "curious" even

all the protest songs about George Bush .. 20 years later, asuming we haven't all been killed by warring fundamentalist, some fundamentalist will assume i'm named after this "strong war president" and i will be killed, george washington and the constitution a dim badly taught period of history ..

but hey, if i do make it to the future, then "meet george jetson"

george gosset (gegoss), Sunday, 21 November 2004 17:24 (twenty-one years ago)

what's "Mark'll Sink Us All"(?) b-side by the fall ? could mark s just rise to the surface/ make a splash from the top diving board/ clear this up ?
it's not just about that weirdo Mark Smith is it ? NYC period Smith ? Does Mark E Smith/ de Smitty/ Marquis Cha Cha not get on with rock journos that are fans or was it just Lloyd Cole ?

george gosset, Sunday, 21 November 2004 17:39 (twenty-one years ago)

"Bring Me The Head Of Trent Reznor (Chuck Eddy Mix)" - Bunny Brains

scott seward (scott seward), Sunday, 21 November 2004 17:41 (twenty-one years ago)

Mark e Smith, a Smiths fan ? a whole family, Smith, Mark A-E

and what about Smith 2 (Morrissey) ? a fan or a borrower ? I think he hangs his head, sulks.. Elvis hung his head high and his pants all worked up and banned on TV

Elvis ran out of time, superceded. Can Morissey continue ? is Los Vegas ultimately full of losers ?

george gosset, Sunday, 21 November 2004 17:52 (twenty-one years ago)
