As much as I love the first half of the Church's career, I'm lacking some knowledge of what to hit up as far as their second (and third) decades are concerned. Ned and others, pick ten tracks from Sometime Anywhere through Forget Yourself that are really worth hearing. Thanks.

I've always thought that Sometime Anywhere is sadly underrated; it's the one truly unique album in their catalogue - a fascinating exploration of a kind of arty, mystical AOR, which they've never returned to. I make no excuses for taking the first four of my ten choices from it.

Day of the Dead
My Little Problem
Two Places at Once
Business Woman
Comedown
Anaesthesia
Louisiana
(Spectacularly melancholic and lovely - Tennessee Williams meets The Byrds.)
The Endless Sea (One of the best cover-versions I've ever heard - it's actually superior to the original.)
Radiance
Sealine

"Telepath" is absolute heaven...

This is a worthy thread, indeed. I'm just sorry that I don't have the CD's in front of me to look at and pick from right now. I'll have to dig this thread back up when I do.
