are there some similarities between these two that bridge their undie/mainstream divide?

i guess bubba has plenty of indie appeal anyways. relatively clean-mouthed, occasionally romantic, works with pitchfork-approved innovative beatmaker.

I've never hung out with either, but I saw Buck 65 live before really hearing anything by him, and it was an amazing show.
