Not because they suck, but because you've just listened to them way too damn much over the last several month and a trial separation is required.

The Fiery Furnaces: I fear if I don't spend some time away, say til maybe April, I'm gonna burn out on these two like I did on the New Pornographers after getting "Mass Romantic."

The Magic Numbers, if i'm not careful - I mean, I don't *want* to take a break, but I'm possibly in danger of killing the dream by seeing them live too often (that's what happens when a band only have two recorded songs!).
